Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms). These Terms consist of “Part A – Competition Details” and “Part B – General Terms and Conditions”. If an entrant (you) does not accept these Terms, you must not participate in the Competition and will not be eligible for any prizes offered in the Competition.
PART A – Competition Details

Cellr Pty Ltd Halliday Top 100 Wine Competition “50 words or less” question
The Competition is open to all wineries who have a wine on the Halliday Top 100 Wine list for 2020.
Maximum number of entries
Only one entry is allowed per wine. A winery can enter multiple times for each unique wine they have in the Top 100 list.
Multiple entries for the same wine (including with different email addresses) will be disqualified.
Entries will be accepted between 14/11/2020 - 28/11/2020
To enter the Competition, you must:
access the link via which may also be advertised on any of the Halliday Top 100 winners marketing assets during the Competition Period;
complete the “50 words or less” question as instructed
You must also provide your full name, winery, email and which Top 100 Wine you are entering with.
All entries will be judged on 1st December 2020 at the offices of Cellr Pty Ltd at Suite 46, Stone & Chalk, Lot Fourteen, North Terrace, Adelaide SA 5000, by Cellr Pty Ltd staff.
The Competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each valid entry will be individually judged based on innovative and practical merits of answer to the Competition Question, as determined by the judge(s). 1 prize will be awarded per eligible state, or territory in this list (South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania, Queensland, Western Australia and Australian Capital Territory).
The best valid entry for each state, or Territory (South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania, Queensland, Western Australia and Australian Capital Territory), as determined by the judge(s), will be the winner of the prize.
The winners will be awarded 12 months access to the Cellr platform (Direct-to-consumer marketing tools, Track & Trace, Brand Protection and Trade Education Portal). Plus, 1,000 NFC stickers branded as James Halliday Top 100 Winners for activating your wine bottles. Platform support (technical) also included.
Total Pool Value for Prize
$20,000 including GST (based on the retail price of the Prize and supporting services)
Each winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided in their entry. A subsequent phone call may also be made.
Each winner will have until 23:59 AEST on 5th December 2020 to respond, provide proof of eligibility and claim the prize.
If the winner does not claim the Prize by this date, the winner will forfeit the Prize.
If, after making all reasonable attempts, Cellr Pty Ltd cannot contact the winner or if the winner does not claim the prize within the Claim Period, Cellr Pty Ltd may, at its sole discretion, select the entrant with the next best entry as the winner or retain the unclaimed prize.
To claim the Prize, the winner must enter into a standard terms of service agreement with Cellr Pty Ltd.
Cellr Pty Ltd will, at its expense, deliver the Prize by courier and digital transfer to the winner within 14 days from the date the Winner accepts the prize.
If the Prize is returned to Cellr Pty Ltd or whatever reason, Cellr Pty Ltd may, at its sole discretion, re-deliver, re-distribute or retain the returned Prize.
The winner must, at Cellr Pty Ltd’s reasonable request, participate in all promotional and publicity activities (such as photography and filming) surrounding the winning of the Prize, and the winner consents to Cellr Pty Ltd using their name and photos in promotional material.
